1Acceptance of Terms

r377 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account suspension or termination.
3Account Registration
Each player may hold only one active r377 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single player is strictly prohibited. If r377 detects that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — r377 may close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held within them, and void any bets placed or winnings generated from them.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. r377 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep login details secure.
- You must notify r377 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. r377 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.
- Account registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This number will be used for OTP-based login verification, account recovery, and communication of important account-related notifications.
- You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise allow another person to access or use your r377 account. Any such transfer or assignment will render the account liable to immediate closure.
r377 may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, when processing a withdrawal request, or when account activity gives rise to a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to supply requested documents within the timeframe specified by r377.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
r377 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other Bangladeshi bank transfer methods as listed on the r377 payments page at the time of the transaction. r377 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile banking wallet registered in the same name as the r377 account holder. r377 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits, subject to KYC verification being complete. r377 may require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply. These are displayed at the point of transaction within the r377 account dashboard. r377 may adjust minimum and maximum thresholds at any time.
- Deposits are credited to the r377 account balance upon confirmation of the transfer from the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are typically completed within the same business day for most bKash and Nagad requests.
- r377 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees levied by the payment provider (e.g., bKash transaction fees) are the responsibility of the player and will be deducted at the provider's end.
r377 is not responsible for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by factors outside r377's direct control, including payment provider system outages, mobile network disruptions, or banking system maintenance windows in Bangladesh.
5Bonuses and Promotions
r377 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. The availability, value, and specific terms of any bonus or promotion are subject to change and will be communicated on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. The following general conditions apply to all r377 bonuses:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated on the promotion page.
- r377 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account and are subject to an active wagering requirement will not be affected by withdrawal or cancellation of the offer going forward.
- Bonuses may only be used for the game types or betting markets specified in the individual promotion terms. Where a bonus is restricted to sports betting, it may not be used on casino games, and vice versa.
- r377 may void any bonus and associated winnings if r377 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or through any form of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.
- Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid only for the specified slot title and expire at the time stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirements.
Players who have self-excluded or applied voluntary deposit limits are not eligible to receive or participate in any r377 bonus or promotional offer during the self-exclusion or limit period.
6Betting and Gaming Rules
All sports betting markets, odds, and results are governed by the specific rules for each sport and market type as published in the r377 help and support section. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of r377's trading team is final. r377 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a palpable error in odds has occurred.
- Live betting markets close at the discretion of r377's trading team. Any bet accepted after the official result of the relevant event is known will be voided. r377 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that cause a live bet to be placed at unintended odds.
- Casino games are provided by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The rules and payout structures for each casino game are determined by the game provider and are accessible within each game's help or information screen.

7Responsible Gaming
r377 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only and is not a means of generating income. r377 actively discourages problem gambling and provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all r377 account holders:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase to a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect.

8Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r377 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, forfeit any balance or winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financially motivated criminal activity. r377 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
- Using any software, bot, artificial intelligence tool, or automated process to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over r377's systems.

r377 employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and notification to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies where r377 is legally obligated to do so.
9Account Suspension and Termination
r377 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, the account rules, or the prohibited conduct section.
- r377 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes, and requires time to investigate.
- The player requests account closure voluntarily, in which case r377 will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds to the player's registered payment method before closing the account.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or suspected prohibited conduct, r377 reserves the right to retain any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. If the investigation does not confirm a breach, r377 will return the balance to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
10Intellectual Property
All content on the r377 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of r377 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the r377 platform without the prior written consent of r377.
The r377 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of r377. Unauthorised use of any r377 trademark is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r377 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the r377 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not r377 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
r377's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their r377 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit r377's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12Privacy
r377 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and r377. By using the r377 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. r377 uses personal data to operate player accounts, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate relevant account and promotional information to players. r377 does not sell personal data to third parties. 13Amendments to These Terms
r377 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause) may be made without advance notice.
Your continued use of the r377 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the r377 platform and may request account closure by contacting r377 support.
14Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between you and r377 that cannot be resolved through r377's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. r377's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
